Q1 What is the function of Personal Info
Personal Info function is easy for user to record personal track data.
In Personal Info it records latitude, longitude, and elevation information for contrast distant.
After you mark A place position in Personal Info, when you arrive to B place , you could see the distant from A to B.

Q2 What is the function of Bike Info
Bike Info function is for biker to record biking information.
In Bike Info , it shows elevation, moved time, moved distance, average speed, max speed and total distance.
When biker are riding bicycle, they could viewing the information by automatically switching information pages.

 

Q3 What is the function of G-mouse?
G-mouse is for user to applicant to other device by wire.
For example, you can connect to your PDA as a navigator by G-mouse function, so that it could save more power than connect by Bluetooth.

 

Q4 How's the Auto log work?
If you turn on Auto log function, when you trigger GPS and fixed the position the device will log data automatically. And if you turn off the Auto log function, when GPS fixed the position, it won't log data by itself. You need switch to GPS Log/ Log status to turn on the log function by you.

 

Q5. GPS couldn't fix the signal
When you enter GPS page , please make sure to press ※up§ to get GPS signal. If still can't fix signal, please try to reset the unit.

Q6.Does MW-705 waterproof
YES, Water resistant (IPX7)

Q7. Does your watch have Tracker function?
MW-705 does not have tracking function but could save 128 sets record of your position, also could record your tracks and upload to Google Earth.

Q8. How long could it use
Nominally, it could use 8 hours while all function is on .

Q9. what's power saving mode
Choose power save ※on§ means when you turn on GPS (BT) whether it get GPS fixed or not within 10 minutes, it will automatically off. This way could save power.
Choose power save off〞 Once you turn on GPS (BT), it will not off automatically unless you turn it off

Q2 How does LED light work ?
•  Press button 6 seconds, the power will be on. If you would like to use only data logger press button 3 second again the blue light will be flash 3 times then keep snap flash, this mean only data logger function.
•  If you would like to use data logger as well as navigation, press on (6seconds) then pair your device. After paring press button about 3 seconds, the BT light will be flash three times then you could use data logger and navigation at the same time.
•  If you want to use navigation only, press button 6 seconds, the unit on then parit your device, then you could start navigation. ( data logger is not on)
•  Press button 3 seconds BT light keep flash 3 times〞this means function change.
•  Press button 6 seconds, power off.

Yes, MG-950d level is IPX6

Button indicate
1. When unit is on, press power and back-lighted button together (3 sec) -you could switch to metric and imperial.
2. When unit is off, press two buttons together (3 seconds) ---- you could set the right time zone.
3. Press Back-lighted button 5 seconds ----data back to zero.
4.Touch pad --- move to next page
5.Press touch pad 3 seconds〞it will move to next page automatically

 

Q5 How's the Auto log work?

If you turn on Auto log function, when you trigger GPS and fixed the position the device will log data automatically. And if you turn off the Auto log function, when GPS fixed the position, it won't log data by itself. You need switch to GPS Log/ Log status to turn on the log function by yourself.

Q6Bike mounting attachment

step 1 screw the mounting together

s tep2 combine rubber with mounting and fix on bottom (the arc part) then put string into the hole.

step 3 Use string to to pierce through the hole , fix the rubber and mounting

Step4 put the mounting on handle bar and use string fix tightly, slide theUnit from two side of runner. Finished attachment.


How to choose right comport

My computer〞click right mouse select ※properties§每 Choose hardware〞enter device . Then you see the right comport.
Condition setting

Date/Time 每 select exactly date and time you want to export.
Speed filter 〞you could select your data (waypoint) by speed.
This function you could check your waypoint by specific speed.
For example, mark here and select rate from here (200) and here (40). The data area will show all your waypoint speed from 40 km/h to 200 km/h . ( under 200 km/h and above 40)
So , you could select data by speed.
Record Interval --Select how many waypoint show on Google earth
You could select how many track log you would to show on Google.
By using this function, you could check each waypoint clear

For example , ten points show one waypoint on Google earth .

If you have lots data record, by using this way , you could view each point clear
How many types of format user could save
KMZ, GPX, CSV and text file.

1. Does your product carry warranty to end-user?

Yes, all of our GPS Products have the one-year warranty and repair policy from the day of purchase. Any fault product within this period under normal conditions will be replaced without any charge. Note: The battery has three months warranty.

4. About RMA policy

Our entire product has one year warranty. (Accessory and Battery for 3 months). For Mainnav products sold outside Taiwan , please contact your dealer or distributor directly for RMA service.

The procedure of RMA (For distributor/dealer )

1. Fill out an "RMA request form" and send it by fax or email to the corresponding RMA person.
2. Contact your sales representative and send back to Mainnav.
3. Once RMA form has been verified, the customer will receive RMA number.
4. Before delivery, please indicate your assigned RMA number on the package.
5. Please indicate shipping date, quantity and tracking number of your delivery in order to speed your repair.

Note :
1  For returned products, please pack properly to avoid damage during delivery.
2  One way RMA Freightage should be paid by customer.
3. The customer will be charged by misuse of product or unofficial repair.
4. Defect product occurs within one week of purchase, we'll return the new One without charge.

8.GPS Watch could not get position fix

Go outdoors and open sky press ※up§ to acquire satellite signal. If still can't work, please try to reset the unit.
